Beach Umbrellas
Beach umbrellas are 6 to 8 feet in canopy diameter, with a center pole that sinks into sand, a tilt joint, and UV-blocking fabric. Buyers include resort fleet operators, beach-rental services, beach clubs, and bottled-beverage sponsors running summer placements.

Pole and Tilt System
Steel or aluminum two-piece pole. The tilt joint is set above the midpoint so the canopy can angle against the sun without lowering the height. The sand anchor screw is a separate accessory. Pole gauge and rib material are matched to the wind pattern of the deployment region.
Fabric and UV
A vented canopy with UV-50+ coating reduces wind uplift and protects under it. Solution-dyed polyester is the default fabric. Printed polyester is available for valance and full-canopy branding. The fabric weight follows the wind grade target.
Branding Surfaces
Vent ring, valance band, and full-canopy panel print are all in production. The valance is the most photographed surface on the beach, so beverage sponsorships and resort identity programs land most of their artwork there.

Upload your logo, swap canopy colors, switch handle shapes, and rotate the umbrella before the spec sheet is signed off. The configurator runs on the same model library that ships to the production line.
Frequently Asked Questions
Spec sheet, MOQ, lead time, packaging, and documentation questions for beach umbrellas projects.
What information is needed for a factory quote?
Send the umbrella line, target quantity, artwork file, material preference, packaging format, destination market, and delivery schedule. A complete brief comes back with FOB unit price, MOQ, sample fee, and bulk lead time within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I pick a specific style group from this catalog?
Yes. Send the style label (for example Auto Open, Heavy-Duty, Wood-Handle, or 24-Rib) or the image filename and the factory team locks the spec sheet against it before sampling.
How are the style groups organized?
Each group is named after a real product feature — rib count, handle type, opening mechanism, fabric coating, or use case. Pick a filter to narrow the catalog to comparable models in the same group.
Is logo and packaging customization included?
Yes. The project covers canopy logo printing, sleeve and pouch branding, retail labels, hang tags, custom gift boxes, and carton marks. Each format is set on the spec sheet before sampling.
How is the artwork prepared before production?
Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF). Include Pantone references, logo size, placement notes, and packaging files. Photo-style art uses CMYK heat transfer and is approved on a physical sample.
