OEM / ODM Services
OEM, ODM, and private-label services covering the route from brief to loaded container. Each service page is one checkpoint of the production flow with the buyer-side requirements listed.
How a Custom Umbrella Project Runs
OEM means the umbrella spec comes from the buyer and the factory builds it. ODM means the factory contributes the design and the buyer brands it. Most projects sit somewhere on the spectrum between the two.
A project moves through brief, spec sheet, sample, sample approval, bulk production, in-line inspection, final QC, and export. Each service page below covers one of those checkpoints and lists what the buyer needs to provide.
Pricing is quoted FOB the loading port unless the buyer asks for CIF, DDP, or door delivery. Sample cost is usually credited against the bulk invoice above an agreed threshold.
OEM / ODM Services FAQ
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means the buyer brings the spec and the factory builds it. ODM means the factory brings a design and the buyer brands it. Most projects are a mix — buyer-led spec with factory-suggested adjustments for cost or production ease.
How is the first quotation structured?
A first quotation lists FOB unit price, MOQ, sample fee, sample lead time, bulk lead time, packaging unit, and carton dimension. Freight, CIF, and DDP are added on request.
What documentation ships with the order?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin are standard. Material test reports, child-product compliance reports, and brand-licensing letters are issued on request when the destination market needs them.
Do you handle private-label retail programs?
Yes. Private-label runs are quoted against a signed brand book — logo placement, color reference, retail packaging, hang tag, and carton mark all locked at the brief stage.
