Straight Umbrellas
Straight umbrellas use a single long shaft from canopy to handle. They are the workhorse of hospitality and corporate handout programs because the structure is simple, the canopy is wide, and the long shaft anchors a substantial handle. Sizes run 23 to 30 inches.

Shaft and Handle
Metal or fiberglass shaft. Handle options cover a curved J-handle in wood, ABS, or PU-wrap; a straight rod handle; and custom-shaped handles. Handle branding can be deboss, foil, or wrap label. Long-handle and short-handle variants both stay in stock.
Canopy Print Coverage
A straight umbrella has the largest single continuous print panel of any umbrella type. Full-canopy artwork, edge-to-edge color blocks, and segmented panel printing are all production-routine. Bubble (transparent) canopies open up clear panels for storefront and runway use.
Cycle Rating and Warranty
Frames are tested against an open-close cycle count and a wind tolerance grade. Hotel and fleet programs commit to a cycle count and warranty target at the brief stage — the rib material and runner are matched to it before sampling.
3D Spec Preview
Upload your logo, swap canopy colors, switch handle shapes, and rotate the umbrella before the spec sheet is signed off. The configurator runs on the same model library that ships to the production line.
Frequently Asked Questions
Spec sheet, MOQ, lead time, packaging, and documentation questions for straight umbrellas projects.
What information is needed for a factory quote?
Send the umbrella line, target quantity, artwork file, material preference, packaging format, destination market, and delivery schedule. A complete brief comes back with FOB unit price, MOQ, sample fee, and bulk lead time within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I pick a specific style group from this catalog?
Yes. Send the style label (for example Auto Open, Heavy-Duty, Wood-Handle, or 24-Rib) or the image filename and the factory team locks the spec sheet against it before sampling.
How are the style groups organized?
Each group is named after a real product feature — rib count, handle type, opening mechanism, fabric coating, or use case. Pick a filter to narrow the catalog to comparable models in the same group.
Is logo and packaging customization included?
Yes. The project covers canopy logo printing, sleeve and pouch branding, retail labels, hang tags, custom gift boxes, and carton marks. Each format is set on the spec sheet before sampling.
How is the artwork prepared before production?
Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF). Include Pantone references, logo size, placement notes, and packaging files. Photo-style art uses CMYK heat transfer and is approved on a physical sample.
