Folding Umbrellas
Folding umbrellas collapse to a pocket or bag-friendly length. Two-fold, three-fold, and five-fold mechanisms are all in regular production, with auto open, auto open-close, and manual operation. End uses include travel kit, hotel guest room, retail private label, and promotional handout.

Fold Count and Opening Mechanism
Two-fold gives the largest open canopy on a longer closed length. Three-fold is the default for promotional and retail. Five-fold collapses below 18 centimeters for capsule and compact pocket sets. Auto open-close uses a stepped spring rated against a target cycle count.
Fabric, Coating, and Effects
Pongee, 190T to 210T polyester, and RPET recycled polyester are stocked. UV-coated lining is added for sun-protection markets. Color-changing pigment reacts to rain. Reflective edge piping is added for safety and student lines. Each effect is confirmed on a physical sample before bulk.
Packaging by Channel
Pouch, color sleeve, gift box, and polybag are the four standard formats. Retail labels, hang tags, and printed cartons are added per channel. Name the destination — retail, hospitality, giveaway — and the packaging format follows from that.
3D Spec Preview
Upload your logo, swap canopy colors, switch handle shapes, and rotate the umbrella before the spec sheet is signed off. The configurator runs on the same model library that ships to the production line.
Frequently Asked Questions
Spec sheet, MOQ, lead time, packaging, and documentation questions for folding umbrellas projects.
What information is needed for a factory quote?
Send the umbrella line, target quantity, artwork file, material preference, packaging format, destination market, and delivery schedule. A complete brief comes back with FOB unit price, MOQ, sample fee, and bulk lead time within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I pick a specific style group from this catalog?
Yes. Send the style label (for example Auto Open, Heavy-Duty, Wood-Handle, or 24-Rib) or the image filename and the factory team locks the spec sheet against it before sampling.
How are the style groups organized?
Each group is named after a real product feature — rib count, handle type, opening mechanism, fabric coating, or use case. Pick a filter to narrow the catalog to comparable models in the same group.
Is logo and packaging customization included?
Yes. The project covers canopy logo printing, sleeve and pouch branding, retail labels, hang tags, custom gift boxes, and carton marks. Each format is set on the spec sheet before sampling.
How is the artwork prepared before production?
Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, or PDF). Include Pantone references, logo size, placement notes, and packaging files. Photo-style art uses CMYK heat transfer and is approved on a physical sample.
