Customization Capabilities
Each capability page covers one decision point on the spec sheet — branding method, fabric grade, handle shape, color matching, packaging format. Point a brief at the right pages and the first quotation comes back faster and tighter.
Where a Custom Umbrella Is Actually Decided
Customization is committed at the spec sheet, signed off before sampling. Anything not on the spec sheet is decided by the factory default — which is rarely what a buyer wants.
These capability pages list the choices available at each decision point: branding method, fabric grade, handle shape, packaging format, color matching. Each page carries an MOQ note and a sample-lead-time note for the option.
A project brief that points at specific capability pages cuts the back-and-forth on the first quotation by about half.
Customization Capabilities FAQ
How many customization choices are committed before sampling?
All of them. The spec sheet covers frame, canopy fabric, rib count, handle, print method, color references, packaging, and carton marks. Anything left blank defaults to the factory standard for that line.
Is Pantone color matching guaranteed?
Pantone matching is set up against a physical swatch and confirmed on a pre-production sample. Solid coated Pantone codes match closer than process colors. The match is signed off before bulk runs start.
Can I supply my own fabric or hardware?
Yes. Buyer-nominated fabric is accepted with material certificates and a roll sample for compatibility testing. Buyer-nominated hardware needs a working sample and a tolerance sheet for fit on the factory frames.
Is the catalog updated when new capabilities go live?
New capabilities are added to this archive when they are stable enough to be quoted. Trial capabilities are quoted case-by-case and not listed here.
